I believe leadership clarity precedes the most effective leadership change.

My Approach:

Most leaders I work with aren’t working with me because they lack conviction, competence, or faith.

They bring me in because the systems they’re leading are complex, layered, and usually shaped by habits no one intentionally chose.

My work focuses on first helping leaders see culture and system dynamics clearly and, second, wisely taking action from an informed perspective rather than a default lens.

When I am not working with leaders and their teams, you can find me enjoying the many benefits of the PNW with my husband of 28 years (that’s him in the photo!). We enjoy hiking, paddleboarding, skiing, kayaking, and the amazing food that the PNW has to offer.
