Being in the leadership chair is hard. Do you ever wish someone could help you…help you see, help you think, help you strategize, help you take action—not take over, not do your job for you, just help in the moment? That is my passion. I help people be their best and see their best.

My years of experience in both for-profit and non-profit work, my skills in strategic thinking and problem solving, my training as an ICF-certified executive coach, and my ongoing doctoral education in organizational leadership are important additions to my intuitive approach, which sounds something like this: “How can we make this even better?”

When I can shut that voice off, and even when I can’t, you can find me enjoying the many benefits of the PNW with my husband of 28 years (that’s him on the left!) and my 4 children - hiking, paddleboarding, skiing, kayaking, enjoying the evergreens, and the amazing fresh and diverse food that the PNW has to offer.
