Being in the leadership chair is hard. Do you ever wish someone could help you…help you see, help you think, help you strategize, help you take action—not take over, not do your job for you, just help in the moment? That is my passion. I help people be their best and see their best.
There is a voice in my head that sounds something like this, “How can we make this even better?”
To that end, I have devoted years of service to Christian ministry and for-profit organizations, working to help make those spaces the healthiest and most productive they can be.
I have also developed skills in strategic thinking and problem-solving, been trained as an ICF-certified executive coach, and am working to complete my doctoral education in organizational leadership.
When I can shut that strategic improvement voice off, and even when I can’t, you can find me enjoying the many benefits of the PNW with my husband of 28 years (that’s him in the photo!) and my 4 children - hiking, paddleboarding, skiing, kayaking, enjoying the evergreens, and the amazing fresh and diverse food that the PNW has to offer.
